How to sit in Shinto:

For sitting from Ghiyam mode the body weight is transferred on the right foot and by bending the right knee, set the ankle on the ground and bending the left knee then by leaning on the same foot. Then set the right foot on the ground and finally situate the right foot on the left sole and sit as a knee drop mode. The body is completely tight upwards; place the palms on the thighs, the head stretched up and looking straight ahead. For standing up from Shinto, at first rest on the knees, set the right sole on the ground and while leaning on it, raise the left foot.
